Trackit is a Windows 95 system for tracking any job that consists of a number 
of tasks that may be worked on by different people.  

At all stages Trackit allows users to monitor jobs that may be passed 
to them, and management can report on the jobs that their staff 
are dealing with.

The most obvious application for Trackit is a help-desk system. However
Trackit can track any job, for example: enquiry processing, clerical 
procedures, monitoring customer orders etc.  With quality management
becoming increasingly important, Progess makes it easy to evaluate if
you are meeting your customer service targets.

* Maintain customer address and contact details.
* Classify jobs into categories.
* Transfer of jobs between users.
* Full audit trail of what actions were taken and by whom.
* Prioritisation of jobs.
* Specify target completion dates.
* Real-time monitoring of all jobs with optional alarm.
* Flexible querying tool to report and monitor on all jobs or only those
  jobs which meet a particular set of criteria.
* Sort jobs according to customer, logged date, target date, priority etc.
* Flexible reports: Jobs per Category, Jobs per Customer,

The numbers of customers, categories, jobs and databases is limited only
by your hard disk capacity.  The number of users registered with Trackit
is limited by your licence.  The evaluation version of Trackit allows up
to 10 users and is a fully working version.

Limited License To Copy The Software

You are granted a limited license to copy Trackit ONLY FOR THE TRIAL
USE OF OTHERS subject to the terms of the software license agreement
supplied with this program, and the conditions described below:

Trackit MUST be copied in an unmodified form and the archive file MUST
contain the following files in addition to the program files:

	TRACKIT.DOC
	VENDOR.TXT

-> No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or requested by
   anyone without the express written permission in advance of Leigh
   Business Enterprises Ltd.

-> Public Domain Disk Vendors may NOT CHARGE a fee for Trackit
   itself. However, you may load Trackit on a diskette or other
   media for which you charge a nominal distribution fee  as long
   as the conditions below are met.

  VENDORS MUST
  ------------

1. Notify purchaser of said media prior to accepting payment that the
   fee paid to acquire the media does NOT IN ANY WAY relieve purchaser
   from their contractual obligation to purchase Trackit if the
   purchaser uses this program beyond the 30 day evaluation period.


2. When distributed on a disk (with exception of CD-ROM distribution), no
   other products may be included on that disk unless instructions are given
   describing how to build an installation diskette from the distributed
   archive.

3. Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may post
   Trackit for downloading by their users without written permission
   ONLY AS LONG AS THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE MET.  A fee may be charged
   for access to the BBS AS LONG AS NO SPECIFIC FEE IS CHARGED FOR
   DOWNLOADING Trackit files without first obtaining the express
   written permission in advance from Leigh Business Enterprises Ltd 
   to charge such a fee.
